The double-sided meat tenderizer contains a smooth side and a spiked hammered side, the smooth and flat side is used to crush and soften the meat, the textured side is used to pierce and tenderize the meat, smooth the surface without breaking the meat fibers, spices and seasonings penetrate more, tasty and the meat is more elastic, enjoy a great tasting steak.
