Shipping & Returns

  1. SHIPPING PAID for any amount only in the peninsula, except for large orders (see point 8), applicable only to orders placed online through the https://impotusa.com/en/ website, not applicable to customers with special conditions.

  2. Minimum order amount €45 (taxable base).
  3. For orders from the Balearic Islands, shipping is free if your order is over €95 (VAT excl.), except for customers with special conditions.

  4. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira, shipping is free if your order is over €250 (excl. VAT). except clients with special conditions.

  5. For orders abroad: rest of Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Oceania, shipping is free if your order is over €350.
  6. Customers with special conditions, shipping is free if your order is over €185 (excl. VAT), except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, which will be governed by point 4.

  7. All remaining orders due to lack of stock in our stores and size changes will be sent to the customer free of shipping.

  8. What happens for bulky shipments? When orders exceed one cubic meter or 150 kg. The corresponding rate indicated by the carrier in the web order will be applied. Ex: containers, lockers, cabinets, furniture, buckets and deposits. Consult and/or request a quote from our contact form .

Shipping with DHL

It is our standard carrier on which we ship most of our domestic and international orders.

The delivery time of the merchandise will be:

  • Peninsula: 1-2 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 1-3 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7-15 business days

Shipping with MRW

Small volume shipments both national and international.

The delivery time of the merchandise will be:

  • Peninsula: 1 business day
  • Balearic Islands: 1-3 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 business days

Shipping with Correos (blue package)

It is a carrier for orders that come from the Canary Islands.

Delivery time to the Canary Islands approximately 7 to 15 days.

Returns

To make a return or exchange you must perform the following steps:

  • Please notify us from your customer account order history which items you want to return. The status of the order must be 'Delivered' for you to carry out this step, if it is not, contact us.
  • Download the return form to attach it with the merchandise to be returned. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery.
  • All returns due to size changes or packaging errors by IMPOTUSA are completely free.
