About Hanna instruments

A light meter can be used to measure the illuminance, or luminous flux, in a given area. The HI97500 Light Meter is a portable light meter designed for simple and accurate light measurement, housed in a rugged, waterproof body for frequent outdoor use.

The instrument is supplied with a light sensor connected by a fixed 1.5m coaxial cable to allow measurements to be taken from a distance without any operator interference.
