SEMI-AUTOMATIC BACON STRIPS CURLER.

You can produce hand-wrapped looking bacon skewers for the grill in the blink of an eye, without losing quality. Next, you put a strip of pork belly on a wooden stick, then put one end with pork belly in the handle of the machine and press the pedal. The gripper closes and wraps the pork belly strip evenly around the wooden skewer. The operator simply lets the pork belly slide out of his hand. The grabber opens again when you release the pedal. Then just put the end of the pork belly on the skewer to fix the wrapper.

Wooden skewer: 3.2x210 mm, weight: 40 gr. per skewer

Ability:

It can curl up to 600 strips of bacon in an hour. The rotation speed can be adjusted according to the ability of the operator.

Security:

It is equipped with a safety clutch. Should the operator's clothing or other things get caught in the grip of the machine, it simply stops. Consequently, you are protected against a possible risk of injury. The machine has a CE mark and is delivered with a declaration of conformity.

Supply needed:

It requires only one air pressure pipe and uses approx. 450 liters of air in one hour. A power line is not necessary.
