The Polar Compounds Meter allows to determine the quality of the frying oil. The measurement is made directly in the hot oil, inserting the probe into the fryer.

The value of Polar Compounds is a measure that indicates the degree of deterioration of the frying oil. In accordance with current regulations, all establishments that use frying oils must ensure that the content of Polar Compounds never exceeds 25%.

It indicates, in a few seconds, the oil quality in % of Polar Compounds (TCP) and the oil temperature in °C. The handling is very simple and intuitive; An icon on the screen will guide us through the steps to follow and an LED (green, yellow, red) will indicate when the oil should be changed. Allows you to store different settings depending on the type of oil

of frying used.

The frying oil quality meter is delivered with a Factory Calibration Certificate, as well as an instruction manual and a quick guide in Spanish.
