DEFIBRATOR OR MEAT REMOVER. It allows undoing cuts and pieces of meat already cooked (roasted, boiled or smoked), both beef and pork and poultry, into small fibers, smaller pieces with better digestibility, which can be used as a base for different preparations or as an ingredient in different prepared dishes such as pizzas or lasagnas.
It has a robust design, in stainless steel. and the product is introduced through a mouth with shovels, thus preventing the operator from suffering any type of cut. Ease of cleaning since by lifting only one cover you have access to the entire interior of the machine, without the need to use any type of tool.
