The Vikan dough cutter/scraper is the best ally of any baker or pastry chef. It makes cutting and handling dough easier, removes pasty residue that would saturate a brush, and deftly removes charred food from tables and cutting boards. The flexible 0.5mm stainless steel blade is excellent for cutting all types of dough, cooked pasta and other soft foods.
